This is the first time I've ever made my own crackers. And to be honest the first time I have ever used chia seeds. Craziness. These are really fun and easy to make. It takes about 5 minutes to mix everything together and 10 minutes to meticulously spread the mixture out even and thin on the baking sheet. Additionally, these crackers have a fairly neutral taste so you can use any of your favourite dips with them.
