FUSE Mixed Nuts

These nuts are inspired from my good friend Amanda Greenthumb. I added pumpkin seeds & hemp hearts for added nutrients. If you are looking for an easy super tasty dish to snack on you're in the right place.

Pumpkin seeds = Healthy fats, magnesium & zinc. High in antioxidants and Vitamin E
Hemp Hearts = Healthy fats, Protein rich, phosphorus, sodium, magnesium, calcium, iron & zinc
Brazil nuts = Help improve digestion, boosts heart health, helps with weight loss, best source of beneficial selenium

Fuse Mixed Nuts

Serves: 8 | Prep Time: 10 minutes | Cook Time: 30 minutes


  • 4 Cups of Raw Nuts (ex. almonds, cashews, brazil)
  • 1/4 Cup of pumpkin seeds
  • 1/4 Cup of hemp hearts
  • 1/4 Cup of sunflower seecds
  • 2 Tbs Melted coconut oil
  • 1/2 Tbs Chili powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 Tsp Cayanne
  • 1 tablespoon of maple syrup


  • STEP 1

    Preheat oven to 300 F and lightly grease a baking sheet with coconut oil

  • STEP 2

    Mix melted coconut oil with spices, maple syrup and salt

  • STEP 3

    Add nuts to coconut spice mixture and stir to coat completely

  • STEP 4

    Spread nuts in a single layer on the greased baking sheet

  • STEP 5

    Bake for 15 minutes, then shuffle nuts around and bake for another 15 minutes

  • Copy of STEP 5

    Let them cool completely on the baking sheet
